Join our expert chef, Lucia, as she teaches you to prepare and enjoy traditional Italian cuisine.

Lucia's lessons take place in a beautiful natural location, near Sorrento, in the heart of the stunning countryside of Massa Lubrense.

Learn how to use healthy and natural ingredients to create the greatest dishes of our region, then take these recipes back home, so that you can enjoy the Mediterranean diet, one of the healthiest in the world.

Why not learn how to create real Neapolitan pizza, cooked in a authentic wood-fired oven?

Lucia will share her secret methods and techniques, so that you can prepare an excellent dough, ready for the toppings of your choice.

Fresh Pasta Masterclass with Feeling Italy2) Fresh Pasta Masterclass

Lucia will guide you, step by step, through the art of making dishes using different fresh pastas, including ravioli, gnocchi, taglietalle and scialatielli.

The pasta will be paired with delicious fresh seasonal sauces, typical of the region, using seasonal vegetables and local produce.

After your lesson, sit down to a delicious menu, to include an appetizer, seasonal vegetables and meat dishes, followed by delectable homemade desserts. All enjoyed, of course, with a good glass of wine!

Shopping and cooking masterclass in Sorrento3) Shopping and Cooking Masterclass

Enjoy a typical Sorrentine experience with Lucia!

Start the day in a traditional local pastry shop, before visiting the amazing fruit and vegetable markets in Piano di Sorrento. Lucia will show you how to select and buy the best local produce, perfect for creating a typical menu.

Next, you'll return to Lucia's kitchen, to refresh yourself with a lemonade or prosecco, coffee or Limoncello.


After this break, you will create a wonderful lunch, consisting of an appetizer, first main, second main, then finally, dessert. Sit down to enjoy, with a glass of local wine, or water.

At the end of the lesson you'll receive a memento from Lucia, to remind you of your experience!

Seafood masterclass in Sorrento4) Seafood masterclass

A cooking lesson for those who love to eat fish, prepared using the traditional Neapolitan methods of Sorrento.

You will begin by accompanying Lucia to the local fishmonger, where you will be guided in selecting the best and freshest fish.

Next, you'll return to Lucia's kitchen, to refresh yourself with a lemonade or prosecco, coffee or Limoncello.

Following Lucia's expert tuition, you will prepare the appetizers, the first and second mains, with side dishes, and homemade desserts.

Finally, you can sit down to a delicious traditional meal, accompanied with a good local glass of wine, or water.

Learn about Mozzarella and Limoncello with Feeling Italy
5) Mozzarella and Limoncello masterclass

You have a choice of booking either the morning tour (pick up from Sorrento at 9.15am), or the afternoon tour (pick up from Sorrento at 3.30pm).

We will begin by travelling to the 'Masseria' - a small farm, where lemons are grown for the production of Limoncello. Walk through the canopy of the lemon grove with the owner, and his son Eugenio, who will be happy to answer all of your questions about the Masseria. They will tell you how the orchards are organically farmed, how to make Limoncello and red wine, and how to preserve meats and fruits to enjoy year-round. At the end of the Masseria tour, you'll have the opportunity to taste and enjoy homemade seasonal food and drinks.

After around two hours at the Masseria, you will take a short 5 minute journey to Lucia's kitchen. Here you will be welcomed with a coffee, or cappuccino, before beginning the Mozzarella and Limoncello masterclass.

Lucia will demonstrate the process of producing Mozzarella, with your full involvement. Next, Lucia will show you how to prepare Limoncello, using fresh lemons from the Masseria.

After the cookery lesson, you will be served lunch or dinner on the terrace, consisting of the following menù:

  • Appetizer: Local cheese tasting: Caciottina, ricotta cheese, white and smoked mozzarella, provolone cheese, bruschetta and cold cuts.
  • A selection of mains, for example: Spaghetti alla Nerano. Penne with cherry tomatoes, eggplant and provolone.
  • Homemade dessert
  • Prosecco, water, wine and Limoncello.

All guests will leave with a little gift from Lucia, to remind them of their experience.

Join our professional Sommelier, Mr. Di Fiore, for this expert tasting of the wines from Campania, and an exploration of the local olive oil.

Mr. Di Fiore will share his knowledge of the local wines, showing you how to examine, smell and taste wines like a true professional.

Next, he will discuss how olive oil is produced, and show you examples of the local produce.

You will taste two white wines, two red wines and four different olive oils, plus prosecco and Limoncello.

Your tasting will be accompanied with cheese, local meats, homemade bread and bruschetta.

For 2 to 4 people: 85 Euro per person
