Casa Lubra Relax

Lubra Casa Relax is built on three floors, measures around 400 m2, and can host up to fifteen people. It has terraces with splendid views, a garden and a relaxing swimming pool. The house offers fantastic views of the sea, the Gulf of Naples, Ischia, Procida and part of the island of Capri. Guests will have access to a reserved parking area beside the house, and other parking spaces are available in a fenced-off area about 100 metres away. The village is located in the centre of Schiazzano, a small village in Massa Lubrense, where you will find 2 typical restaurants and a few small food shops.

The tasteful furnishings and the rooms that look onto the Gulf of Naples make Lubra Casa Relax the ideal place for an exclusive, restful stay. The house is part of a historical 17th century residence, and the villa has conserved the original sandstone staircases, frescoes and vaulted ceilings, giving it an unusual, attractively old-fashioned air.

The jewels in the crown of the Villa are the seven bedrooms, each one dedicated to a different mermaid and exclusively decorated in different colours. The rooms can host a total of 15 persons, and are equipped with bathrooms featuring Bisazza mosaics, as well as satellite TV with LCD screen, safe, mini-bar, internet connection and air conditioning. The rooms of the relais Lubra, on the Sorrento coast, are designed to offer guests a unique holiday experience. Those wishing to enjoy reading or listening to some good music can do so in the sitting rooms of the house, which contain a collection of period books.

Access to the villa is through a lobby with a distinctive fresco dating back to the 17th century. From the same period are the sandstone staircase and the beaten lapillus roofs.

On the ground floor is the large, welcoming dining room, the small bar area and the professional kitchen. The dining room leads onto the large panoramic terrace, equipped with chairs, sun loungers and beach umbrellas.
A modern piped music system will make your time on the terrace and in the pool especially pleasant and relaxing. The jacuzzi swimming pool (3 m X 6 m) has been specially conceived and designed to offer guests an intensely relaxing experience. The professionally equipped kitchen offers everything you could possibly need during your stay, including four gas rings, an oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, Italian coffee maker and a series of small electrical appliances.

To reach the first floor, you can use either the 17th century sandstone staircase or the lift. The 7 bedrooms are located on the first and second floors. Seven rooms, seven different colours, with customised furnishings designed to reflect the personality of each mermaid. Partenope, Ligea and Leucosia are dedicated to the soul and to introspection, while Telete, Redne and Molpe, decorated in brighter colours, extol the vitality of body and spirit. The double rooms can host a total of fifteen people, and each is equipped with an en suite bathroom, TV with LCD screen, safe, mini-bar and internet connection.

Partenope: “the virgin”.
The room inspired by this mermaid, whose beauty was so legendary that she lent her name to the city of Naples, is dedicated to those who love pastel shades and airy, transparent effects. This exquisitely decorated room has a plasma-screen TV, mini-bar, safe, air conditioning, bathroom with shower and full set of courtesy items.

Ligea: “the clear-voiced”. This is a reassuring, softly furnished suite, in which beige and amber tones predominate, situated in a quiet, isolated area of the house. Leucosia: “the white”.
Just like the mermaid it is inspired by, this attic bedroom is beautifully decorated in white and conveys the idea of inner peace and harmony. It has a wooden staircase that leads up to the vaulted roof, where you can admire the delightful views. The attic room has a plasma-screen TV, mini-bar, safe, air conditioning, bathroom with shower and full set of courtesy items.

Molpe: also known as “the priest’s room” because it once belonged to one of the seven priests who lived in the house. The leather bed and the bordeaux shades of the furnishings give the room a warm, cosy air.
Facing towards the sea, the room has an attractive bathroom with a shower, a full set of courtesy items, a plasma-screen TV, mini-bar, safe and air conditioning.

Telete: the predominant colours in this room are dark brown and ochre. The fine four-poster bed gives the room both an innate elegance and a cosy atmosphere. Redne: this is the room of passion.
