    Description

    The LUCCA VIEW APARTMENT WITH TERRACE is an old 14th century Building located in the heart of the historical centre of Lucca in the beautiful Street VIA SAN NICOLAO. Every Modern comfort is provided in the apartment: dish washer, microwave, washing-machine, air-conditioning, DVD player, wireless internet connection.

    About Composition:
    The 140-square-meters apartment is composed of two floors: MAIN FLOOR: entrance; living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with bathroom (built in shower) with a magnificent view over the roofs and the Italian gardens of the nearby VILLA BOTTINI. THE UPPER FLOOR: one twin bedroom; one king size bedroom with ensuite bathroom with tub and a magnificent terrace fully furnished with a great view over the roofs of the town and the Guinigi Tower. The Terrace is furnished with table and chairs for dining and a sofa.

    The apartment is provided with a very reliable WIFI connection provided by the national phone company. The ceilings are wood beamed and the floors are terracotta in the Tuscan tradition. Displayed throughout the apartment are fine paintings by the owner's grandfather, and they are all dates between 1906 and 1959. You will love them!

    Take a short walk to the gorgeous Cathedral of San Martino and the Main Shopping Street Via Fillungo.
    The ancient, impressive walls that surround Lucca for about 5 km, are only 150 meters away from the apartment. The San Martino Cathedral is also only 100 meters away, as are the central Piazza Napoleone and Piazza San Michele. The train and bus stations are ten minutes walk away . Right out of the front door a bar and a pasticceria for breakfast, a restaurant, a bakery for local bread and focaccia.

    Heating if used is charged extra for 8 euros daily.

    The apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator and the layout is on 2 levels.

    Lucca is fabulous and a MUST visit. The apartment was fair. On the 4th and 5th floors walk up. The outdoor space was spectacular. Sonia was responsive to our minor needs. Markets near by and close to ampetheater.
