    Description

    CASA ENEA is located inside the walls of Lucca, in a quiet, central, charming and peaceful location close to shops, groceries and within a 2 mins walk away from a safe underground parking. The apartment is located on the third floor of an old building facing a Romanesque Church and overlooking the roofs of the town.

    The apartment has been completely renovated in mid 2019 and has been decorated and equipped to the highest standards and features the most modern amenities: air conditioning in each room, tv with international channels, reliable high speed wifi connection provided by the national phone company, washing machine and clothes dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, full size freezer and refrigerator, toaster, microwave, kettle, american and espresso coffee makers and a wide range of cooking utensils. The bathroom has a spacious modern shower, the bedrooms are air conditioned and has new quality mattresses. Every single details has been thought to maximise the comfort of the guests: quality brand new mattresses, appliances and a strong wifi connection.

    This beautiful Lucca vacation rental is just steps from the Guinigi Tower, Piazza Napoleone, Piazza San Michele and just a 10 mins walk away from train station. When you book a stay in our CASA ENEA apartment, you'll be surrounded by wonderful cafés, shops, restaurants and amazing groceries.

    During your stay, sample the Fillungo shopping and dining just outside the apartment down in Piazza San Francesco or take advantage of the location to walk to Train Station to take daily trips around Tuscany or just walk to Anfiteatro, Torre Guinigi, San Frediano and the Cathedral to sightsee. The property is a 20-minute drive or less from sights such as Pisa, Pistoia and Montecatini Terme and less than 40-minute drive from Florence and Cinque Terre, so it's easy to tick off everything on your must-see list.

    COVID_19 CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 2021 AND 2022 BOOKINGS

    In these challenging times we understand your concern when making a reservation, and we want to ensure that you feel safe and confident reserving through us. We have therefore introduced a more flexible cancellation policy, for bookings made after November 2020, with arrivals in 2020, 2021 and 2022. In case of travel restrictions of the Italian Government due to COVID_19 we will give our guests the possibility of re-scheduling the reservation to a future date. If you aren't able to decide a date immediately we will issue a voucher, that you can use for any future booking, on any of our properties. We are sorry but we are not in the position to take into consideration travel restrictions issued by other Governments, or airline cancellations.
