The space

The entrance and terrace are private and exclusively for the use of the guests of Casa Pallina.



Garden and outdoor kitchen


As you approach Casa Pallina, you’ll be blown away by the exquisite 100m2 garden which encircles the property.



The sun-beds on the terrace offer the perfect spot to lie back surrounded by typical Mediterranean plants and brightly coloured flowers, you can lie back and let the sounds of nature wash over you.



Dining al fresco is easy with the fantastic outdoor wood oven. There is a large barbeque plus dining table and chairs. This is the perfect spot to gather with friends and enjoy a meal.



Strolling around the side of the apartment, you’ll find a comfy outdoor living area, with sofas on which to curl up with a good book, or simply chat over a glass of wine.


The living space



Moving inside, you’ll immediately notice the bright and airy feel of the apartment. The decoration is in a typical rustic Italian style, with arched ceilings, bright white walls and a cool tiled floor.



You enter into the open plan living area, with plenty of light coming through the large windows.



In the sitting area, you’ll find a large sofa plus an additional two sofas, giving enough space for your group to relax together. The walls are lined with books, and there is a large flat-screen television.


The indoor kitchen and dining area


Also in the open-plan space is a dining area with table, leading through into the kitchen.



Although traditionally styled, with beautiful patterned tiling, the kitchen has all modern conveniences, including gas hob and oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a washing machine in a separate laundry area. From the kitchen, a door leads outside to the terrace.



If you choose to self-cater you will find ample fresh ingredients locally. Alternatively, we’re happy to arrange for a chef to come and cater for your party – just let us know and enjoy a fabulous Italian meal at a time of your choosing.



The bedrooms and bathrooms



The three double bedrooms are on the same ground floor level. All of them are simply and beautifully decorated, with crisp white linen.



There are three shower rooms, each with modern white fittings.



*Central heating is available on request, at an additional 3 euros per hour.





** From 1st April to 31st October, there is a mandatory Council city tax of 2.00 euros per adult per night, for the first five nights only. This must be paid in cash on arrival.
