Il Monolocale 2 is a development of just four apartments, each virtually identical, and around 45m2 in size.
In a privileged position on the hilly ridge that bridges the narrowest point between the Gulf of Naples and Gulf of Salerno, Il Monolocale has enviable views. The apartments are surrounded by large carefully tended communal gardens arranged on several levels, a wonderful place for a stroll. Beyond this is easy access to a network of paths across the mountains of the Amalfi and Sorrento Coasts, offering cliff top walks with sheer drops to the ocean below. You will enjoy truly breathtaking scenery every time you go out to explore.
Each of the four apartments has a wonderful private terrace, warmed by the morning sunshine and brightened by flowers spilling from window boxes. You’ll be able to relax in the utmost peace and quiet.
The apartment is accessed from the terrace via two double French doors, flanked by wooden shutters. The expanse of glass floods the apartment with light, and allows you to appreciate the extraordinary vista whether relaxing on the comfortable double sofa bed in front of the satellite television, or enjoying a meal at the dining table for four.
The décor is tasteful in natural shades of pale green. Little design touches throughout the apartment, from the ceramic floor tiles to the choice of artwork, create an interior that is both welcoming and aesthetically pleasing. There is air conditioning and internet Wifi access throughout the apartment.
In addition to the seating and dining areas, the open plan living area contains a modern kitchen, with two gas rings, a fridge-freezer, Italian coffee maker and a range of other small household appliances.
From here, a stylish open staircase leads to a mezzanine level (at a height of 1.9m) with a comfy double bed and spacious wardrobe.
The bathroom, with mosaic tiling in shades of aquamarine, is accessed from the central living room and has a washbasin, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and an enclosed shower.
We recommend bringing or hiring a car when you stay at Il Monolocale. There is a convenient parking area just inside the gates. We will be happy to assist you with recommendations for local restaurants, or to arrange tours of the local area.
