    KINZIA FARMHOUSE APARTMENT certainly ticks all the boxes. In an enviable location just off the Lucca walls and at the top of a green hill. Renovated to the highest standards, savour the views across the iconic Tuscan Countryside. A beautiful swimming pool (shared) has been recently installed in the garden. KINZIA is the perfect choice for those looking to stay in the truly authentic area of Tuscany at a stone throw from Lucca Walls.
    The home is spacious and the beautifully decorated main living area features beamed ceilings, hill and town views, air-conditioning and a very reliable internet connection provided by the national phone company. It comprises a sitting and dining area with plenty of comfortable seating plus a modern and well-equipped kitchen with cool flooring, unusual polished plaster finishes and matt work surfaces all contributing to its smart and highly contemporary appeal. A wonderful spacious terrace equipped with dining chairs, table and umbrella is accessible from the living area/kitchen through a french window.
    At the upper level the two air-conditioned bedrooms are bright, sunny, fresh and appea-ling - two restful and romantic master bedrooms with wardrobe and en-suite bathrooms. An extra small room with a sofa bed an a wardrobe completes the floor.
    The apartment lies on the first floor of an antique stone farmhouse, the property is fenced alla round and a safe parking space is provided inside the property.

Renate hat uns vor Ort in Empfang genommen und uns alles erklärt sowie hilfreiche Ausflugstipps gegeben. Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Aufteilung, die den Fotos entspricht. Besonders die Schlafzimmer mit angrenzenden Bädern waren sehr praktisch und die großen Betten sehr bequem. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb vom Lucca am Ende einer Sackgasse, d.h. ein Auto ist schon von Nöten, wenn man nicht immer ca. 45 Minuten von Lucca aus zu Fuß zur Unterkunft laufen will.
