Description
Giulia is a charming boutique villa with panoramic views of the Gulf of Naples, the Vesuvius, and the Amalfi Coast hillside. Divided into three separated apartments within the Mediterranean garden, the properties feature a unique sense of privacy with a blend of rustic design and contemporary living spaces, luxuriously appointed bedrooms and bathrooms with every comfort and fully equipped kitchens. The interiors open out onto an intimate rooftop terrace where to admire the sunsets and patios furnished with lounging furniture and wooden dining tables for romantic candlelight dinners. The garden leads to an extended sunbathing relaxation area with awe-inspiring panoramas, a private swimming pool and a barbecue area. Tailor-made services complete this unique experience.
A small-to-medium-sized car is recommended due to the narrow road leading to the property.
POOL HEATING
Guests can request pool heating from April 1st - June 15th and September 15th - October 30th, with the temperature set at around 27°C. Please inform staff if you desire a heated pool during your stay.
TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax of €3.00 per adult per night is applicable for up to 7 nights. The tax should be paid in cash by the guest at arrival.

As part of the standard check-in procedure, all guests are kindly requested to present a valid form of identification, such as a government-issued ID or passport, upon arrival. This requirement ensures compliance with our security and verification protocols, and helps facilitate a seamless and secure check-in process.
INSURANCE POLICY
We strongly recommend that you, and all members of your party, purchase travel insurance which includes coverage against trip cancellation due to illness or death. Appropriate coverage should be purchased at the time of the booking. Please note that in the unfortunate event of a cancellation due to any events, occurrences or causes, including health reasons, cancellation terms will irrevocably apply.
VISITORS & GATHERINGS
You agree to the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by Feeling Italy. Each property has a maximum number of guests allowed. You understand and accept that the number of people must not exceed the number of sleeping places stated on the property description. Should the house manager discover more people onsite than the maximum number allowed, as per property description, the extra people may be requested to vacate the house.
LIMITATIONS
Should you intend to use one of our villas or apartments for any type of commercial use, such as photo shootings or filming, please immediately inform Feeling Italy of this at the time of booking. Such use will only be allowed with our written consent. You are not allowed to organize any private parties, weddings, wedding receptions or large gatherings on our properties without our written permission, unless clearly specified in the description. Furthermore, services provided by external suppliers, such as private chefs, catering, among others, are not permitted in Feeling Italy properties. In such cases, you will be asked to pay an extra fee for your event or service. No camping is permitted on any property grounds.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Standard check-in time is between 3 pm and 10 pm.
It is your responsibility to check the permitted arrival time in the description of the property of your choice, as it may be different from the standard time indicated above, depending on the property. In case of flight delays, or any unforeseeable inconvenience while traveling, please contact our office or the property contact. Late arrivals are managed for an extra fee.
Check out time is 10 am.
Early check-in and late arrivals are subject to availability and subject to an extra fee. You must request these services in advance.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
You will be asked to provide a security deposit against any damage, either upon arrival or at the time of booking. We request this deposit in order to cover the cost of any damage or breaking during your stay at the property.
On completion of your time on our property, this amount, minus any applicable claims, will be returned to you either on the date of your departure, or within 7 days after departure at the latest, if you paid your deposit at the time of booking.
PETS
Pets are generally not allowed on Feeling Italy properties.
If you are planning to travel with your Service Dog, please contact us to confirm whether a property accepts Service Dogs before making a booking.
COMPLAINTS
We regularly visit and check each property, in order to welcome you with the highest possible standards. Breakdowns beyond the control of Feeling Italy, such as cuts in the electricity, water or gas supply, and/or internet connection may occur, and these are the responsibility of the company’s service providers. Should this occur during your stay at one of our properties, we will do our best to solve the problem at earliest convenience.
If you have any issues during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact either the house-manager or our office immediately. Any complaints lodged at the end or after the stay on our property will not be taken into consideration. If you leave the property without informing us, you will lose all rights to claim any possible refund, or rebate.
CLEANING
Feeling Italy will clean the property throughout at the beginning of your rental period. You are expected to leave the property in good conditions at the end of your rental period.
GUEST’S OBLIGATIONS
The person signing the contract is responsible for the correct and decent behavior of his party. Should the client and his party exhibit unacceptable behavior, the key holder may ask the client and his party to vacate the house.
Any wood ovens available on our properties can solely be used by the professional pizza chefs provided to you by Feeling Italy. Please contact Feeling Italy to enquire about the cost and availability of this service on the property of your choice. Wood oven use for self-catering or use by external pizza chefs is not allowed, under any circumstance.
HEATING COSTS
Heating costs are not always included in the price of your booking. You are kindly asked to verify this on the description of the property of your choice. If not included in the booking cost, heating fees must be paid directly and immediately to the house-manager, before departure. Please note that heating in Italy, when not subject to restrictions by the local Government, is more expensive compared to other countries. If you are booking a property during low season, make sure you ask for an estimate of heating costs before making your booking. Please also note that, according to the Italian law, heating can only be turned on from November 1st to April 15th.
ITALIAN TOURIST TAXES
Some of the Municipalities where Feeling Italy villas are located apply a local tourist tax. The amount of this tourist tax is calculated according to the number of nights of your reservation. It varies depending on location, and must be paid directly by guests before arrival, or on arrival.
GOVERNING LAW
These Reservation Terms and Conditions are governed by the Italian law and the court of Torre Annunziata shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes in relation to these Reservation Terms and Conditions. On signing the booking form, you totally and unconditionally accept all of our booking conditions.

We were welcomed in a just renovated villa, we received a very nice welcome package. They know exactly what you need and make the appropriate recommendations for restaurants and excursions. 10/10. The house itself is really occupied with all the right amenities, enough cutlery, pots &pans for cooking, glasses etc. Also enough fridges available. House was super clean, enough towels available too. Would highly recommend this place to stay!

Since part of the villa was literally freshly renovated there were of course some smaller issues such as warm water and the dishwasher but they offered support straight away and came to fix it still same day.

We (group of 8 friends) really enjoyed our stay in Villa Giulia, it's a wonderful accommodation with lot's of privacy for each guest due to the fact that the villa is divided into several apartments. They have a big diner table, cosy lounge area for see more
We (group of 8 friends) really enjoyed our stay in Villa Giulia, it's a wonderful accommodation with lot's of privacy for each guest due to the fact that the villa is divided into several apartments. They have a big diner table, cosy lounge area for late night drinks and a nice pool to cool down, and all of this with a spectacular view on the Gulf of Naples and the Vesuvio... extra kudos do the very kind host Gianluca, he really made us feel welcome and shared great tips and services (f.e. pizza maker Alphonso at the villa). Would definitely recommend staying here if you would like to enjoy Sorrento or a vespa tour to the Amalfi coast... St Agata is a small village but we found some decent restaurants (La Stuzzichino!) very closeby!

The last part of the road to the villa is very narrow, a van like ours (VW Transporter) could not reach the villa, a Fiat 500 L for example would be OK though.
